DFR PTFE soft belt bearing treats bronze wire net as base body, through special craft. It is firing PTFE and other filled anti-attrition material mixture. It is equipped with lower friction coefficient and better anti-friction coefficient.
Because of its good soft performance, it can be treated as isolation film of crushing between steel and steel to realize the ideal target of gapless, silent, oil-free lubrication, without maintenance, non-pollution. Currently, product is widely used in textile machinery joint bearing, automobile door hinge and instrumentation, automobile joy stick and other situations.
